Why in the world would anybody want to work in this place? There are a bunch of good reasons, which probably explains why the Mill has had such high occupancy rates over the past 40 years. To name a few:
- The location is first class. Steps away from the commuter rail. Nestled in the heart of West Concord with its restaurants, services, and famously useful stores.
- The space is cheap. You probably won’t find space offered this cheaply anywhere else in Concord or its surrounding towns.
- The building’s got soul. The Mill has always been recognized as home to many of the coolest, funkiest inventors, crafts people, entrepreneurs, and visionaries in the region.
