Support West Concord Artisans!
The West Concord Designers Open Studio Weekend is an annual three-day show and sale of work by a select group of artisans (including those at the Bradford Mill). Local artists come together to produce this unique fall and holiday retail event. Items for sale will include knitted, woven & painted silk clothing and accessories, precious and crystal jewelry, sculpture, and more.
*** DATES: October 28, 29, and 30 ***
The show will include 8 local artists, including fiber artist Anne Shuman, sculptor Jean Ford-Webb, nationally known silk painter Pamela Bracci of West Newbury, weaver Muffy Young of Waltham, fine jeweler Linda Kindler-Priest of Bedford, jeweler Karol Peralta of Wakefield & Czech, and knitwear designer Hanna Kroa formerly of Beverly Farms.
The studios are all close to downtown West Concord where there is plenty of free parking. For more information, contact Robin Bergman at 617-371-8751 or www.robinoriginals.com.

I own two scarves woven by Muffy Young and love them. What does she have for men this season? I am in Little Rock, AR and I’d ike a scarf for a man who lives here, too.

Dear June,
I just happened to see this!
I don’t have many scarves left but I do have a 7X72″ black and white silk with a swirly polka dot pattern. Men do like it and have bought it this season.
Email me and I will send you a picture.
