Private bench space in a 4,500’ woodworking shop available now. Two spaces available at $650 and $580 per month plus limited, shared shop duties. This shop is owned and operated by an established furniture maker and is run as a co-op. Each person has shared office space. The bench rooms are separated from the machine room and there is a separate finish room with a spray booth.
The bench spaces available are about 220 sq. ft. plus office space.

- Multi Router slot morticer; Lathe; Drill press; Scroll saws; Veneer press;
- Heavy duty disc/belt sander; Beach stroke sander; spindle sander
- Complete spray booth; dust collector and compressed air systems
- Assembly room, plywood room and lumber room
The shop is in an industrially zoned area within West Concord. West Concord- a quiet and safe village about forty minutes from Boston off of Rte. 2.- has a complete business district, a T commuter railroad station, hardware stores, restaurants, a Post Office and a park all one block away. Rex Lumber and New England Hardwood are ten minutes away. The shop has 24/7 access and there is lots of parking.
